The first half of 4th grade math was mastering addition, subtraction, multiplication, and long division. If you child is still struggling in these areas, please work with him/her as much as possible.
The 3rd nine-weeks will be focusing on order of operations, geometry, fractions, decimals, measurement, and word problems in all areas of math.
We will also have a state writing test focusing on a math problem sometime before Spring Break. We will be working on this to prepare for this state test.
Students will have homework Monday - Thursday nights.
