Learning about living and non-living things that affect animals' lives; studying the different types of rocks and minerals and how they are used;
the human body systems and good nutrition and healthy habits;
and studying magnetism and electricity.
Building on math skills learned from Kindergarten through 3rd grade as well as adding new concepts such as "lonnnnngggg" division with 2-digit divisors; prime and composite numbers; fractions up to twelfths; and LOTS of problem-solving in all areas of math.
