Kindergarten Registration News:
Friday, April 20th is Kindergarten Registration Day. Letters were mailed to students who are eligible to attend Kindergarten next year. If you did not receive a letter with a time to come and register, you may come after 1:00 pm on registration day. If will not get the opportunity to register your child on this date, you may do so in the summer. Please call the school office for details: (828) 389-8586.
Please bring the following items on registration day:
1. Copy of Birth Certificate
2. Social Security Number
3. Immunization Record
4. Proof of Residency
5. Completed Registration Packets
(These will be delivered to the pre schools or you may pick one up in the HES office).
*Also, before each child enters school next year they must have a recent physical and form completed by a doctor.
You will not be able to register your child without all of the items listed above except for the physical form. The physical form will be due before they enter school next year.
