Kindergarten Registration News:
Clay County School's Kindergarten Registration will be held on Friday, April 27, 2012 at Hayesville Elementary School. To be eligible for registration, your child must be five (5) on or before August 31st , 2012.
Registration Packets are available in the Elementary School Office. Please bring your completed packet with you on April 27 th .
In order to register you must have:
*a copy of your child's birth certificate
*
shot record
*
social security number
*a health assessment completed by your physician or the Health Department
*Proof of Residency is also required (Acceptable proof of residency includes: a current utility bill (with 911 address) or a notarized residency affidavit.)
Registration appointment times will be based on last names. The registration process will take approximately 30 minutes. Times have been allotted by last names. Please arrive sometime during your appropriate time slot.
